This year's agileworld will take place on July 1-2, 2024 with the motto, Leading towards Trust. The community will be discussing how topics relating to agility have evolved over the past year, how organisations are developing beyond agility, and what role trust plays in the business context. Diana will be helping to kickoff agileworld with her keynote presentation, Lead without Blame: Building Resilient Learning Teams.
agileworld will also feature a keynote by Céline Schillinger, author of Dare to Un-Lead: The Art of Relational Leadership in a Fragmented World, around 40 sessions in 4 tracks (full programme here), counselling and coaching in the “Coaching Clinic”, a Bar Camp, and a World Café.
If you're not yet familiar with agileworld, it has been taking place in Munich since 2012. The organizers are passionate about creating a space for the exchange of experiences and ideas.
