Diana recently joined an episode of the Collaborwocky podcast to discuss her newly released book, Agile Retrospectives: A Practical Guide for Catalyzing Team Learning and Improvement. With the podcast's hosts Dave Prior, Tonianne DeMaria, Jim Benson, and Mark Kilby, they discuss the updates, challenges, and differences found in the latest edition compared to the original (most notably, the sheer volume of content). Among other things, this new edition addresses the evolving needs and challenges faced by teams in the modern era, including the challenges of remote collaboration.

Speaking of remote collaboration, the conversation also explores the challenges that Diana and her coauthors, Esther Derby and David Horowitz, experienced in the collaborative writing process while writing the book during the COVID-19 pandemic. In addition, the dialogue touches on insights from Diana's previous book, Lead Without Blame, and her experiences facilitating leader circles.
