The Pacific NW Software Quality Conference is an annual event dedicated to better methods for developing and testing software projects. This year marks the 42nd year for PNSQC and features the theme The Future is Now! One of Diana's favorites, she'll be in attendance again this year as a participant, workshop facilitator, and invited speaker.

On the first day of PNSQC, Diana will be leading the workshop, "Stop Wasting Time on Ineffective Retrospectives! Start Pursuing Real Continuous Improvement!", during which she will explore the evolution of retrospectives since the publication of the original Agile Retrospectives book 17 years ago up until the recent release of the new Agile Retrospectives, 2nd edition. Join Diana to discover how to get the most and best continuous improvement from the new view of team retrospectives.

Later in the conference, Diana will be speaking on the topic, "Leading for the 21st Century: Building Resilient Learning Teams". Savvy leaders, with and without formal titles, emerge in every part of the organization, including the Quality and Test functions. As a leader, you must turn your attention to creating effective environments for collaboration, discovery, and delivery within and across functions. The challenge for today and tomorrow lies in the ability to let go of ineffective habits of leadership. In this talk, Diana will lead participants in exploring new ideas for effective leadership.

One of the things we really appreciate about PNSQC is their flexible registration structure, allowing you to register for the full day of workshops (October 14), the following conference (October 15-16), or the entire event (October 14-16). As a friend of Diana's, use the following discount for a 50% discount off your preferred registration: PNSQCVIP_DL_8

PNSQC will take place in Portland, Oregon on October 14-16. The full lineup of workshops and speakers, conference details, and registration can be found at: https://mms.pnsqc.org/members/...
