We’re excited to announce that registration is now open for our next Agile Fluency® Game Facilitators’ Workshop!
The Agile Fluency Game is a physical board game focusing on the experience of team members using agile practices and approaches. It was developed so that experiments that occur in game play lead to new insights about your real-world options. Game players learn about the benefits and trade-offs of adopting agile practices.
Diana, Esther Derby, and David Horowitz share their knowledge about Agile retrospectives, including common types of retros, examples of real-life retros and, in the new world of remote and distributed workers, how to make retros more engaging and effective for teams working together from anywhere.
At Agile 2024 conference a few months ago, Diana co-presented a session with Quinton Quartel titled, “Fluid Teaming and Self-Selection - A New and Radical Approach to Org Structure to Unleash Innovation.” Beforehand, Diana sat down with Dave Prior for a quick live interview to discuss her upcoming session.
In case you missed it in our September newsletter, Diana Larsen is now a contributing expert for The Agile Network which will hold its Global Launch starting on Tuesday, October 8th. This virtual event will offer 24+ hours of free livestreams and exclusive content, featuring Agile luminaries and business agility experts from all around the world.
